When I get a notification (e.g. Whatsapp) my cell phone goes on and you can see the message. Sometimes that counts as "read" and I don't see the notification at all. So if someone writes to me and I'm not on my cell phone and I look at it later, then I don't know if someone wrote to me. I always have to watch the latest chats and see if someone has written something to me (it is not so advantageous if the cell phone is next to my father and my buddy writes something embarrassing). So the phone is not on properly, you can't take a screenshot, it is simply black and in the middle is the message.
PS: I have a Huawei and I have not found anything in the settings.
Then turn off the notification in the app settings
This can be switched off via notifications
But I want notifications. Without my cell phone going on.
I got it out but it works anyway.
Then there's a malfunction.
Can you do something about it?
Maybe you look at the WhatsApp settings under pop-up notification.
A reset could fix the problem, but all data will be deleted
