How to set Huawei mailbox?

My mailbox has been working perfectly for year and day - suddenly no longer today - when a call is set up… There's no dial tone and nothing happens.

When I call my cell phone from the FN, the mailbox does not start…

I have no idea! Any instructions on the Internet are nowhere near. Does anyone know advice?

In Telekom Netz, a prepaid mailbox is automatically deactivated after 90 days if it is not used. The hotline can reactivate them.
