I have the following problem.
I'm being harassed by a number for several weeks. Of course, I have activated the harassment filter on my phone and thus this number, which repeats itself, no longer call me. In this I have the same set for unknown / suppressed numbers.
My problem is that just these numbers come on my mailbox and there are funny / groaning noises.
MY question is so. Can I block this number that are on my blacklist, so refuse to "talk" to my mailbox?
I have no contract! My simcard is a prepaid card from o2, bought in a debit shop, but just freshly charged so I do not want to change the card.
My mobile phone is a bit older. The HUAWEI G PLAY MINI.
Please please can help me jmd? I do not like listening to my mailbox anymore.
Turn to O2, they can get the participant of this number, even unknown, out.
Presumably, however, an ad against unknown to the police is required.
So I have been informed about this now.
Apparently I can't stop these people from leaving a message. The only thing I can do is.
Either change the card (according to the motto, new card, new number)
Or switch off the mailbox first
The mailbox can be deactivated in O2 with the number code ## 002 # and the call key, and with the key code ** 004 * 333 # and the call key can be reactivated.
That would be an approach to my current problem, however, it is also important if you are traveling outside Germany. In that case, roaming charges can cost a lot of money if calls are routed constantly.
With a more recent mobile phone, I could allegedly fail to answer the numbers on the mailbox!
(For example, this should be done on the Huawei P20.)
I think I'll try that only with the deactivation of the mailbox and should not stop calling the numbers, I will organize a new number.
With o2 Prepaid you can't switch off the mailbox. Also, you can't prevent someone from calling your mailbox.
Thanks for your answer but that was apparently changed. I gave as described with the code ## 002 # the AB off. I just called again to control this. It comes only the announcement later to try again.
