Most of these tools will not work with all devices. Since every manufacturer is allowed to tinker with "his" Android, a lot has changed. That's where the problem lies. Telephone shops use many different tools and know which tool works well with which manufacturer.
Also, this is not a question, just bashing a product that probably would have worked well with another phone.
