My girlfriend has a week ago a contract with Blau.de completed.

5GB LTE, Allnet-flat etc. + a Huawei P20 Lite and sound boxes.

According to ad for 20,99 euro / 24M + 1 euro once for the smartphone.

Today she got a letter saying that she has to pay installments for the mobile phone. 15 euro on 24M.

Now my question is, if this is not misleading advertising?
The announcement was not the language of a flat rate of 15 euro is completed and this is also listed in the total cost, if you press on cart.

The only possible hint is the following sentence, as soon as you go to checkout: Total price of hardware over 24 months: 361.00 euro. But as mentioned above, there are now no additional 15 euro for the mobile phone.

Is this permissible?

Or could it be that these 15 euro for the phone are included in the 20,99 euro? So, that's 15 euro for the phone and 5.99 euro for the sim card.

I would be very grateful for your answers soon.

Without having seen the ad, unfortunately, one can't give a reasonable answer here.

Can you put in the offer here?

ta

Well, the hardware is the phone and the total price is the installment + 1 euro.

Yes, that's worded that the client reads it over and gets annoyed afterwards, but not faulty.

Tip: If such an offer looks too good, it is best to carefully read the fine print before buying and check if there are no hidden pitfalls.

Was it directly over blau.de. Since I can't find the offer, with the information here.
