Huawei Android PUK entered (does not start)?

I have entered my PUK and now the operating system does not start - no icons / interface. It comes only the hint I should enter the PIN at the start. Unfortunately, often below the OK is not, but only-back. If I make back only the hint comes again some functions would be blocked. The phone is looking for my provider and finds him.

What am I doing wrong?

There's the SIM PIN and the mobile PIN. If the phone does not explicitly ask for the SIM PIN, it means the unlock PIN you have set.

I do not understand. I do not remember the PIN, so the PUK. What is the difference with you?

So I called HUAWEI and learn that my fingerprint also has a password. Of course, I did not write that down. So I had to reset the phone once:-)
