I need to unlock a coworker's phone. Unfortunately the language is not in German. He can't read it either, because it's his parents' cell phone. (Replacement cell phone)
The first step was (blah) PIN 1 (blah).
I entered PIN 1 and then asked for a second code.
Just what code is it? I tried the PUK and PIN 1 again, but it was wrong.
Could it be that you have to enter the normal password now?
In any case, you have to wait 1 hour before trying again.
Maybe someone knows what is in demand here?
PS: It is a Huawei cell phone.
Maybe pin2
Something like that always depends on the SIM card provider.
In most cases, however, you will need to enter the PUK code first, and then enter any code or the previous code that you use to unlock the SIM card. Then you have to confirm it again.
Then it's unlocked.
Short question: So PUK was not needed, but after the restart it said:
(blah) PIN 1 (blah) 3 (blah). Say PIN 1 and 3 attempts.
I entered PIN 1 and there was this activation animation for the SIM card.
But now you will be asked again for a password / code. You only have 3 attempts for this.
Could it be that this is just repeating PIN 1?
Because my colleague is pretty sure that it says "something with repetition".
And one more question: can you unlock your mobile phone if you forget your unlock code? Even though you have a PIN and PUK?
