WLAN problems Huawei?

I have the following problem for some time: in irregular intervals, I can't use my wireless. Besides the 4 dashes is an exclamation mark. There's no internet access in the settings. Then I have to re-connect to the WLAN then it works again for a few minutes. I have an 8x and recently installed the new EMUI 9.
