Why is my screen no longer black when I'm on the phone?

Have the Huawei P30 Pro and have it sent in for repair recently, because my display was broken. Now I have noticed that my display does not turn black while phoning. If I want to listen to voice messages quietly, this also does not work. Is it possible that at repair the proximity sensor broke?

Yes that may be vll was forgot to reconnect the cable of the proximity sensor or that was not done correctly
