Android Music App Search - Sort songs manually, lock screen to use?

I now have a Huawei P30 Pro and I'm looking for an app where I like the iPhone, my songs in the playlist can manually arrange. There's no way to sort them, except alphabetical etc.

If possible you should also be able to use the app on the lock screen like the Iphone, without having to unlock the mobile phone, to switch songs on, to pause etc.

Is there something on the market? (The app may also cost money)
