G933 PC Huawei P8 Lite?

I got the G933 Artemis Spectrum 3 days ago because my PC has not recognized the microphone from the other headset (update?) My PC does not recognize the new microphone (go speaker) (sound card?) Then I'm on my phone Huawei P8 Lite dodged (discord) (2 sources and so) since today, my phone no longer recognizes the microphone. I put the PC in another case 3 days before it stopped working.
