Install apps directly on SD card without detours?

My brother got an SD card for his Huawei P8 Lite today. We have selected SD card as the default storage path. However, the Google Play Store does not want to store the apps on it but on the internal memory. He also has no desire to move everything by hand in each app. (What I understand) Also, he claims the apps would disappear if he moved them to the SD card.

Many apps (and all paid ones) can only be stored and used in the device memory. Then it is not possible to save or move to an external Soey Card (SD).
