Is this normal for the Huawei p 20 pro?

Have been the above mentioned smartphone for a week and I noticed something strange on the camera when it is dark. The pictures you see below. Is that normal with the pink dot and this noise? Because as soon as you go with a light source over the noise, the noise goes away again.

Looks normal to me.
