How Good Is The Huawei P40 Lite?

I'm currently looking for a cell phone and have been working with the Huawei P40 Lite for a long time. Heard a lot of good things, the Google Playstore etc is not a big problem for me either, the camera seems to be good etc… But is it really that good and recommendable? It only has 444 candelas and I wanted to ask whether that is bright enough, whether the battery really lifts so forever and the graphics are so great? If everything stays that way, I would order it in Sakura Pink today… What do you think?

At CHip you will actually find a very good comparison:

Personally, I really like Huawei devices that last and do what they're supposed to

li

I had used it myself for a short time and was satisfied with the smartphone itself. Camera, performance, display… Everything was enough for me personally.

However, don't underestimate the advantages of Google's apps. Because I made the mistake. Much is very cumbersome. For example, I couldn't install an app that was very important to me because it only worked with Google services.

You can't use banking apps either. (As of autumn 2020)

In addition, it is becoming more and more difficult to install Google services. So I sent it back after a week.

In the end I decided on the Poco X3 NFC from Xiaomi and I haven't regretted it! In terms of price, they play in a league.

If you can pay a little more or wait for offers, I would take a look at the Redmi Note 10 (Pro) for you. That is, on paper at least, a little bit better.

ro

The camera performance is also quite decent, even if it is not on the level of devices from other manufacturers such as Xiaomi with the Poco X3 NFC, for example.

The fact that the display does not crack the 500 nits is not uncommon with an LC display.

The battery life and charging performance should be quite decent.

Perhaps I would like to take a closer look at my device, alternatively the Redmi Note 10.

Better overall package and Google services on board.

ro

I can only agree with the answer.

Wh

Which cell phone is better, Redmi or Poco?

Wh

Is the Redmi 10 (no pro) better than the poco? If so, in which respects?

ro

The Poco X3 NFC with the Redmi Note 10 Pro?

Identical performance, camera performance and display go to Redmi.

Wh

And not with any pro? Is there still a difference?

ro

Between Redmi Note 10 and Pro?

Camera, performance, display are different.

Wh

My between the Redmi Note 10 and the Poco…

ro

I see. The differences would simply be the display.

OLED 60hz or LCD and 120hz, otherwise these are too close to identical.

li

It's better on paper. I haven't tested it.

Advantages of the Redmi Note 10:

More powerful, much energy-saving processor and an OLED display.

OLED is the better technology. The colors are more contrasting and more energy efficient than an LCD display.

On YouTube I only found a comparison between the Pro model and the X3 NFC.

Wh

Oled is the Redmi I suppose. Many Thanks! Is there a difference with the hz? Because OLED is actually the better display

ro

You just have to weigh up.

OLED offers better contrasts and black levels and a possible power-saving effect, while increased refresh rates ensure a smoother experience.

Wh

Many Thanks! That helped me a lot, I've now decided on the Redmi note 10 pro.

ro

I can't blame you. Probably the most interesting device for less than 300 euro. 👍🏻

Wh

Yes, in any case. But you can't buy that yet… Do you have a link where it is sold for less than 300 euro? Best in DE of course

Wh

What do you think of the mi note 10 pro?

ro

As far as I know, it will only be available for purchase in this country from March 23rd.

ro

The Mi Note 10 Pro is nice, now not a device that I would use and advise.

Wh

Ok thanks, what is your opinion on the Xiaomi Mi 10 lite 5G?

ro

Is also a top device. Also scores with an OLED display and strong performance and 5G, the only criticisms would be the lack of stereo speakers and increased refresh rates.

Overall, however, a top device.

Wh

But you can also play demanding games smoothly with it, right?

ro

If you are a powerful player, even Genshin Impact can easily play with controlled settings. Use the Redmi K30 5G as a model on an identical basis.

Wh

Sorry for another disruption:-) I had already decided on the 10 pro, but have now seen the a52 5g… Isn't that a step ahead?

ro

Yes, that's what the platform is for.

The A52 5G offers except for the stronger performance with the Snapdragon 750G which you sometimes get in the Mi 10T Lite, but not such a mature overall package as Xiaomi offers.

Especially since you have to keep the reservation that the A52 5G went on the market in this country with an RRP of 430 euro and is simply too expensive for what is on offer.

In the price range up to / around 400 euro, there are much more attractive devices.

Wh

Many Thanks! Do you have any other ideas besides the Redmi Note 10 Pro, what kind of mobile phone under 400 euro has good camera quality (4 cameras) and a smooth, smooth display, and a good battery with 4,500 mAh or more?

Wh

Samsung A71?

ro

Probably the most attractive and best device that you can get for less than 400 euro at the moment would be the Poco F3 which is bursting with upper class specs, but has "only" 3 cameras which are more than sufficient.

Main lens
Wide angle
macro
(fourth, but luckily not included here - depth of field)

Was presented yesterday together with the Poco X3 Pro for the global market and should also be available in this country soon.

ro

In terms of performance, the A71 is subject to the Poco X3 NFC which you can get for around 170 euro. The only strength that the Samsung brings with it would be the OLED display.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro is equipped with the same base, but with the much better overall package of stereo speakers, 120hz and the 108MP lens.

Wh

OK thanks. Then I'll take the 10 pro!
