My original headphones from Huawei p20 pro because the right side is quieter a lot quieter why?

No stereo plug
Setting in the mobile phone is not centered (stereo balance setting)
Defective - try other headphones
Try headphones on another device - it is there so there's a defect
Socket in mobile phone defective - bring to repair.
