I bought a Huawei P10 Lite at Saturn on January 19th, 2018
now a little over 6 months have passed
until then everything still worked.
When I wanted to use the Huawei today, it was off (even though it was plugged into the charger)
The first thing I could think of was plugging the phone in again (maybe the charging cable was not really inside)
When I re-infected the phone, I try to turn the phone on, but unsuccessfully.
the RED led light shone (that means that the battery is empty) and nothing happened as I said.
After 2 hours of charging it finally shone green but it still does not work.
And now I need help, I've looked at the Huawei side, I have a long warranty,
how should I proceed?
I would not do it for long, if there's a guarantee on it. Maybe you'll get it on and it'll go back awhile and happen later, when the warranty is gone again. Bring it to the store, show it to the seller and use the warranty.
Have you pressed longer on the button? When it has completely switched off, a short press does not help
Do I need the receipt for this? I can't find that anymore:-(
