A coworker of the O2 customer hotline offered me with a contract extension for 2 contracts in the portable radio, in each case a Huawei P30 with free SONOS loudspeaker. The whole was on 27.03.2019, was already confirmed by some employees there. Now the devices are there, and I wanted to order the speakers from Huawei on the website. But as always with = 2 nothing is. O2 has entered the P30 one day late, on the 05.04.2019 and not on the 27.03.2019, so I do not get the promised loud speakers or how it looks now.
