My girlfriend or her p8 yesterday was simply thrown out of our shared Wi-Fi.

The Easybox works perfectly, the TV, my mobile phone and the Ps4 can easily access it.

Now the curious, my girlfriend can connect to the hotspot of my cell phone via Wi-Fi… So yes, even your wireless module can't be broken - right?

The MAC address I have already released in the router and played with the frequencies. Without success.

Do you have an idea?

Restart router, i. Power off… Wait 2 minutes… Power on.

If that does not help, set up the connection on the smartphone fresh with WPS:

Delete the well-known Wi-Fi network on the smartphone.

Press the WPS button on the router until the WPS / Connect LED flashes.

Now on the smartphone, the list of available WLANs call and not yet connect, but the extra menu item "…" select and there then the menu "WPS button press" trigger (it is a bit hidden, but you can find it).

Now you just have to wait… Max. 1 minute.

Ready furnished!

Thank you for the quick help.

Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful.

Have sent with the router as well as with the mobile phone codes. The router detects the phone, but the phone breaks the connection again and again.

What is the name of the mobile code sent here? Do you mean ping commands? What ever.

Only if it is the EasyBox 804 or 904, it could lie on the dual-band WLAN.

Some Android smartphones can't stand it when a dual band WLAN at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with the same name SSID's (WLAN name) send.

Log into the router (configuration page of the router) and turn off the test 5 GHz WLAN completely, or give the WLAN for another 5 GHz only a different Wi-Fi name.

On the Android device, delete "your Wi-Fi connection" and connect fresh to your Wi-Fi (near at 5 GHz, more distant at 2.4 GHz).

If you want to ask any further questions, you have to name the model number, there are 30 different EasyBoxes from A300 to 904. Otherwise one must write you answer, which are suitable for 30 EasyBoxen.
