What is / was going on with my cell phone + the money?

My "Huawei P30 lite" runs without a contract. Because I did a little bit at the beginning, € 10 was quickly gone. Then I charged another 30, - €. After a while, there were 30, 31 euro on the "cell phone account". That went on for a couple of weeks. Yesterday I turned on the account loop manager + suddenly 10, - € were gone.

Can a Girlfriend explain that to me?

Oh + there's something on the cell phone like the phone, where you can see what the costs are for which call, which SMS / MMS / etc. Has cost?

I do not think so. Was already with O2+ with my old (11.5 years) cell phone and had nothing like that!

I feel as if they had collected my used money + deducted all at once, because the 30.31 euro was always the same after several SMS calls.
