Mobile memory is crazy?

I have a Huawei p8 lite 2017. For some days I have a problem with the memory, and although my phone says I have 3.75 GB of pictures, it is on the phone altogether only 8 pictures and no videos. How can that be and can this be remedied?

Go to the apps in the gallery and see what the data has stored and delete it if necessary.
