So I have a Huawei P9 Lite and on the PC Windows 10. Now I wanted to move several music files (300 KB approx.) From my PC to the phone. But with each copy process breaks the PC and throws the phone from the system. Even if I move individual songs, the whole thing does not work, so it's not the amount of data.
Does anyone have any ideas why that is and more important: how do I fix it?
Is grnug space on the phone wogin you move?
Is the file supported? (MP3, etc)
Cable broken =?
Smartphone and "rights" granted for access =?
Tried other ways?
Plan B: Take the files and pack them in a draft of an email. On the phone in the mailbox and download the files from the saved draft.
Villeich it is the connection protocol that allows both devices to understand each other.
The standard for exchanging all kinds of media is the MTP.
Check on your Huawei, if this is selected.
When connecting the mobile phone to the PC, the drive HiSuite?
No
Is it
Did you use the white charging cable without power supply?

Have again tried around several times. Has done grad, I always wanted to move to sd, but apparently music is also one of the things that p9 lite can only have on the internal
Has no HiSuite drive opened in Explorer?
Do you have the latest version of Windows?
And did it work before?
