I have a small question. Some time ago I shredded the screen of my Huawei P20 Pro and now wanted to save the data (especially photos and videos). I already bought a connection cable, which made the phone visible on the TV. It was also possible for me to control this. Full of joy I wanted to save the data, but when I wanted to unlock the smartphone came only a white screen. I tried to repeat the process many times, but always came to the same conclusion. The same happens if I want to go directly into the settings or open the camera. The flashlight, however, reacts.
What do you advise me now? How can I save the data?
Professional help is probably too expensive.
Just connect your mobile phone with a pc and save the data…
btw i also have a p20 pro
Unfortunately, this is not possible, because I have to activate the data transfer first on the mobile phone.
True… Does the display actually react? If so then you have to connect the usb cable and then on '' data transfer '' press this is 3.7 cm from the bottom right… So works well even if the display shows nothing sometimes reacts to the display anyway
Yes, the touch screen works, but the phone itself has a fault. If I connect it to the TV and unlock it comes only a white screen
Try what I said close it on the pc and unlock your phone if you can handle it and press on data transfer then windows should play a pip sound then kannste the data pull over
