I did a test myself with a M50.
The quality without zoom actually comes close to the M50 with kit lens, but does not quite reach the details. In the dark and in the night mode of the P30 Pro, I would say it beats the M50, but only if you only take 1 picture with the M50. However, as soon as you zoom in, a kit lens has a clear advantage because it zooms optically.
Since the 350D is a little worse than a M50, the P30 but roughly the same as a P30 Pro, I would say the image quality should be similar here. As I said, without zoom, without post-processing. The advantage of the 350D is, firstly, that you can zoom losslessly, and secondly, that you can put better lenses on it, which then clearly beat the P30. In addition, you can also edit photos and do the same for night photos as the P30: take a series of pictures and later offset them on the PC.
The DSLR is an advantage if you lean a little more into photography. For simple snapshot photos, the P30 is probably the better choice.
In any case, the Canon is better. A cell phone can't keep up (yet).
