I have a problem. I have Amazon music as my music app and also have Amazon prime (ie the video service) on my phone. So now the problem: I use a different account on Amazon Music app than on Amazon Prime and it always switches back and forth. I always have to change over and that is really annoying after the time. I have a Huawei P20 lite if necessary.
What do you need two accounts for? Cancel the account for Music and keep that with Prime. You can also listen to music with it.
By the way, this has nothing to do with your mobile phone.
