I record something with the recorder, 65 minutes, that's more than 64 MB and I can't send it to anyone via WhatsApp

Are you getting an error message?
You could upload it somewhere (Google drive, dropbox, etc.) and send the link to the recipient.
You could also use an audio editor to reduce the quality (sample rate, bit rate) and thus reduce the size of the file.
You can use the audio editor to break up the file into smaller fragments.
