Why is the Google Survey app not working?

I have not had access to the Google Survey app since I got the Huawei P10. Whenever I enter my name and postcode I get an error message. Have tried it for 2 months again and again.

You probably created a new Google Account. When you tried to enter your address on the new account, you noticed that you already entered it in another account.
