Screen zoom impaired play?

If you have longer mobile phones, e.g. Huawei P Smart 2019, P30 or newer models, only games are zoomed in closer so that the display fills up. Usually there's the possibility to turn it off in the settings (Then there are black bars on the sides) But this game is not possible.

Is there a way to change it manually (without root)

It could also be because it was downloaded from ApkPure (but is unlikely)

At Samsung, you can set unoptimized full screen apps separately to full screen or not in the settings when displaying but don't know what that means for other cell phones
