Save on a new cell phone or not?

I currently have a Huawei but am thinking of buying a new phone.

My cell phone unfortunately only has 16GB, I can somehow only have 1-3 apps on my cell phone and have very few photos in my gallery, but the message is low on memory. My cell phone is also a little slow at times and the battery runs out quickly. But otherwise I have no real problems with it, I can use it, only the memory and the battery are annoying and the camera quality is a bit annoying.

I would have to buy the new cell phone myself, would it be worth saving on a new one?

If your current cell phone doesn't meet your needs, then it's worth saving up for a new one.
