I have a Huawei Mate 20 Lite that went out about 1 hour ago - has restarted and has not completely started since then. It always depends on where the "Huawei" appears. I can't get it out completely. Have already pressed the 'quieter and off button' at the same time, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have a hint? I'm pretty heavily dependent on my cell phone!
Mh, hang on the charger for a day. Then let's see.
Do nothing with it. - don't try to turn it on either. Try it after 24 hours. Then report again if it doesn't work yet.
I have the huawei mate 20 lite myself,
I mean I don't know myself so hard since I'm 15 😅 you would have to turn the volume up and at the same time the power button will reboot. If this is not possible, this is a softbrick so it is a system error
My cell phone just came on with the message "Emergency backup" and before I could press something like "save" "restart" "reset" it went off and "on" to the Huawei logo.
I suspect it has something to do with the battery. Therefore - try the shop.
