Huawei mate 20 per gluegate?

I bought the mate 20pro about 1 week ago in the Media Markt.

The phone now has just that gluegate problem, it's an LG display until yesterday did not have the problem, but today already.

I bought it in the media market with the insurance plus protection.

My question is I get a new replacement device or will it just get fixed?
