Huawei mate 20 per set?

Although I have Wi-Fi on the huawei but no network and somehow so far neither instagram, whatsapp geschweidedenn my phone number (am currently not available for others on my number). I do not have a NM card yet. And I do not understand the network (see picture!) Please do not laugh at me, help me (for dummies)
