Secure everything to setup and data from the mobile phone (Huaweim10) and paste it back later?

My cell phone (Huawei Mate 10 lite) is broken, jumped bildschrim, now to deliver I would have to save everything and look that nothing is lost, I can't save all the settings and just seperat and insert everything again, for example by copying everything on a usb stick when connected to PC, because on son storage media so only app data and pictures and so stored as far as I know
