What's wrong with the Huawei Mate 9?

Prehistory:

It started when I forgot to take it out of the sun. Then there was a warning "Device too hot, apps were temporarily shut down" (or similar), I immediately turned it off and took it to a darkened room so that it could cool down. An hour later it felt like it had cooled and worked as usual without problems. In the evening it got so hot that you couldn't even touch it. Since it was already late, I turned it off again and decided to keep an eye on it the next day (so today). Since 10 am this morning I have had to switch it off three times to cool down. 😥

It works great, I'm now with you on my cell phone to ask the question. But it gets hot quickly, uncomfortably.

To the question:

What can that be? Maybe something broke when it was in the sun? Have you ever had that, if so, what kind of problem solution can you recommend to me?

I used tutorial videos to teach me how to replace parts on these cell phones, the problem is I'm not a specialist and I don't want to make things worse because I don't even know which part of the device is responsible for it 😭
