Downloads only work over Wi-Fi?

I have a small problem.

I can't download apps from the Google Play Store anymore via mobile data, but only over Wi-Fi, which bothers me a bit. (I have a Huawei Mate 20 Pro)

I looked in the settings and selected updates via mobile data but it still does not work for me.

It would be nice if you could help me.
