Remove Retail Demo App on Huawei Mate 10 Lite How?

Recently I completed an internship at a dealer for mobile contracts and mobile phones.

My boss gave me a Huawei Mate 10 Lite, which was a showcase model. Everything works normally but unfortunately an app is installed: Retail DEMO!

This app allows to play ads as soon as the phone goes into standby mode.

My boss said that none of his specialists managed to get the phone right.

I as a tinker had to interfere, took it with me and tried it myself. Unfortunately without success.

I can't flash a new firmware by / dload / and roots through one click does not work either. Admin rights I gave myself but can't uninstall the app.

It does not leave me alone, I want to get it done.

Does anyone have an idea or ever had the same problem?

You are a tinkerer and then try one-click root apps? Sorry, I have to laugh.

You have to unlock the bootloader, which costs money to flash or root something…

And again, it turns out that people who work in mobile phone stores are just super-Dau's!

I have already unlocked the bootloader, got the code on the Huawei side.

We already have idea but are not specialized in the internal hardware and software.

We mostly know the most important thing to sell.
