I got a smartphone from my boss with the app RetailDemo.
The device is from Huawei and is named Huawei Mate 20 lite.
I opened the retail settings with password 1122334455 and then disabled that the app can't be uninstalled with the code: 00CDIAGE
I'm trying to uninstall the app but unfortunately without success.
Can anyone help me.
Is there something like that?
Device Administrator: If the reference to device administrator rights appears, click the "Manage Device Administrators" selection. In the new window you remove the hook behind the respective app. You can then delete them as described above.
If yes click on it and click on it
The app is inactive as a device administrator
Then activate the app and deinstalier then
A system app you get without root rights synonymous not so easy disabled.
I'm surprised your boss gave you a demo device. So such devices are not normally intended for sale, but for presentations.
Trying does not work
