These beta versions are not intended for real use by end users on their daily used smartphones (so they are still beta versions). They are used in companies that develop software for the telephone in order to be able to adapt their own software in advance to the new operating system. Since then you like to use "simulators", so virtual smartphones (a piece of software that runs on a PC and pretends it's a cell phone). If the simulator then "hacks" through a not yet 100% operating system, then it does not matter, then you end it and start again. 😉

Since you can't unlock the bootloader for Custom Rome, you will not get it. An official version of Huawei does not exist yet.
If the bootloader should already be unlocked or you take an unofficial way for it, you could install Android 10. The whole thing is possible with a GSI Rome.
The device could break and I would not recommend it to you. It is more than an app to install.
