Mate 20 lite bokeh effect activate?

I recently bought a Huawei Mate 20 Lite. On the Internet I have read that this should have the bokeh effect. My question: how can I activate this? In the camera and when editing images, I found nothing.

Look for open aperture when editing - I do not know if the Lite supports this.

Have now read that you should take photos with the large aperture. Also seems to go with the lite, just can't find the setting when editing. Is there a search function?
