Since yesterday I have the problem that with my Mate 20 per the volume control no longer goes away. This will only go away if you change a video or picture in full screen mode. Has anyone the same problem and maybe already found a solution?

But rather the assumption that it is software conditional. Mobile phone has only been available for 2 weeks. And it's the new Android version.
Unfortunately, no headphones for the phone because it has no more pawl. I have the latest system update.

or Bluetooth headphones etc.
