Huawei Mate 10 Lite Talk?

About a year ago, I recorded a telephone conversation with my Huawei Mate 10 Lite.

Was not intended but also quite irrelevant.

Now I discovered by chance when selecting a ringing tone this conversation as a file and would like to know how it came there and what I pressed that it was even recorded.

There are no apps installed that make this possible.

Cell phone was left original.

Hmm, I do not own this device, but it may be possible that during a call there's an option to pick up the call. This is available on the Samsung Galaxy S6, S7 too.
