Why is the uninstallation not completed since yesterday?

I have the following problem: I have been shown on my Huawei mate 10 lite since last night in the notification bar that package installer "com.chaozhou.game assistant.bit64" uninstalled. I had not installed such an app, but had yesterday installed the app ACMarket from the internet to install the app Panda Keymapper 64bit from there, which I had uninstalled yesterday. My antivirus program shows me no threats. So why is not the uninstallation of the app in the notification bar completed yesterday?

You probably caught a virus with the app ACMarket.

Since you have "Allow installation from unknown sources", it may be that your AV program does not see any threat in it.

I recommend you to completely reset your phone to factory settings and then no more APK's to install.

If this is really a virus, can't iwie remove it without putting the phone back to factory defaults?
