There are apps that try to "reanimate" the dead pixels.

However, I would generally not set the chances of success too high
No pixels can burn into an LCD-IPS display. This is only the case with OLED displays.
There are similar symptoms with an LC display. However, it is not permanent here. The problem should resolve over time.
