What if Huawei Matebook 14 (2020) does not get a license for Windows 10 in the future?

I wanted to buy the new Huawei Matebook 14, but I read that Huawei had problems with the license for Windows in the past, if the license were to be revoked in the future and I bought the laptop, I could simply get a new operating system ( e.g. Linux) on the Matebook? I really don't know my way around. Maybe someone can help me here.
