Blocking list with unknown numbers?

A Huawei phone and bought it about 4 months ago.

Now it is so that I have my what's app in the block LIST number that I simply do not know but it is my number inside.

Cell phone was not reset to factory settings

Maybe ancient entries that are only there as a pure number (without name) because the friends concerned have now renumbered?

Blocked numbers are linked to your own account and not to your cell phone.

So it has nothing to do with the fact that your cell phone is needed

Well, new owners of the old numbers will of course upload their own photos - you can't blame them ;-)
