Will I keep my Wi-Fi passwords when restoring my phone?

I want to restore my Huawei Honor 6x. When restoring in the settings, I have the following options:

"Reset all settings"

Reset Network Settings

"Reset to factory settings"

I want my wlan passwords to be saved. Which options do I have to choose?

Ps: I want to recover my phone because I probably have a virus.

No matter what you choose, your Wi-Fi passwords will not be saved.

They are deleted on reset.

You could but if your phone has a root access the passwords read before resetting with apps and write down.
