I would like to buy an adapter with which I can use my USB headset on my Huawei Honor 6x. For this I was told that depending on the brand and operating system certain adapters would be needed, but could find in my own research to find anything.
Would this adapter serve the purpose?
Do not these USB headsets have more USB C?
That would have nothing to do with this thing.
It could go with such an adapter (OTG):

But give me no guarantee my sound card runs in any case with my phone and such an adapter
How exactly your mentioned adapter funtionieren, I do not know. It definitely does not work on a smartphone with a USB headset.
Your headphones Anshluss outputs an analog audio signal and your USB headset expects a digital audio signal.
Therefore you need an OTG cable for it. So you can connect normal USB devices to your smartphone. This includes a USB sound card, which is your headset for the smartphone.
As already mentioned, this is a possible adapter: https://www.amazon.com/...00LN3LQKQ/ (Amazon links are also in short)
Important is OTG and with you Micro-USB. There are also some with USB Type-C for the newer devices.
If you can remove the sound card with your headset and the headset can use analog, another adapter can help. For this one must be able to use the Headset with jack plug. If only one jack plug available you do not need an adapter and if you are 2 you need an adapter for the microphone to work.
A possible adapter for this: https://www.amazon.de/...01DW8A452/
Here you use the headphone jack from the phone and not the USB port.
Okay thanks! I think I got it, then he should go too, right?
