Buy refurbished cell phone?

I would like to test myself on a cell phone that is used and refurbished. I had a LG G4 so far and always wanted to keep it. Now it has got nasty problems and can no longer be switched on.

I read through all these offers for 3 days.

I would prefer the Xiamo Redmi 7A. I'm bothered by the 13 MP camera.

My 6 year older LG G4 already has 16 MP. Because photos are most important to me. I would like to take pictures of my children and print them out and use them for photo books. Since they should have a reasonable quality.

First question: what do you think of a 13 MP camera?

The other candidates are: Galaxy A5 / Honor 8 (also little MP) / Huawei P20 lite / Samsung Galaxy A20e / and the Huawei P10

Second question: Which of the devices mentioned here can you recommend to me?

A 13mp camera can't say much at Apple, that is that they do not install as much MP, but the photos are still good. I see that they have a certain price range in view. If you take a look at Rebuy, the cell phones are used and restored, there are also better cell phones for less money.
