There's currently this suspicion of espionage against Huawei. Honor is also the subsidiary Huawei. Can I still buy a cell phone (Honor View 20) with Google (also Play Store) or does this only apply to Huawei cell phones that will still be on the market?
There are no Google services at Honor either.
But could I still download Google Chrome, Play Store etc. Or how will that work in the future?
It looks different to me:
Huawei phones that have already been sold can continue to use the Google Play Store as normal. Only Huawei phones produced in the future (i.e. Not the ones that you can still normally buy from Amazon, MediaMarkt and Co.) should no longer have access.
