My brother and I have the same cell phone but his speaker is much louder and mine is extremely quiet

Turn up the volume, or did you reduce your volume in the settings?

May I ask which model. I had volume fluctuations on my P3Pro. Especially with videos.

In the settings, under Tones & Vibration there's the Dolby Atmos option. Here my cell phone was on music and distance. After switching to Smart, the sound was a lot better or louder. Possibly. Also switch Dolby Atmos off completely.
