Wireless Charger broken?

I bought the Wireless Charger Wa1 from Intenso a few days ago, but somehow I have the feeling that it does not work properly. I use it with my Huawei mobile phone (with wireless charging adapter). So, start fiddling (well known in wireless charging platforms and nothing bad), but then the fiepening gets louder, and then the LED goes off, indicating that the device is on and charging. Then the LED goes back on and the buzzing starts again. And so it goes on and on.

Is this normal or do I have to exchange the thing?

Better exchange then you will also get a new one

I have a wireless charger for € 5, - (ebay), there's nothing. The light changes from red to green when you put the phone on it. Then the phone loads. Bring back the part!

Auweia and this wireless charger is not even cheap, over 30 EUR, there would be good cheap Qi chargers, for example. Anker PowerPort 5 W, a small round Qi charging pad. Does not cost half of the Intenso WA1
